These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the “Suddenly CHAT” application operated by Suddenly Flowers – Viktoriia Synia (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using “Suddenly CHAT,” you agree to these Terms.

2. Purpose

“Suddenly CHAT” is an internal communication tool for managing customer conversations via WhatsApp. It is used solely for providing customer service and managing flower orders made through Suddenly Flowers.

3. Use of the Service

Customers communicate with us voluntarily through WhatsApp. We respond using the official WhatsApp Business API integrated into “Suddenly CHAT”.

4. Data Handling

All customer messages and personal information are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

5. Limitation of Liability

We strive to maintain reliable communication through WhatsApp Business. However, we are not responsible for interruptions or issues caused by third-party services (such as Meta or WhatsApp).

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
